positions, e-mail;
Post chain letters or pyramid schemes; or
Post opinions or notices, commercial or otherwise
3. Your Posting must contain sufficient
detail to convey clearly to the User, the nature and requirements of
the job opportunity, or your qualifications as a candidate for
employment.
4. Postings must provide legitimate and verifiable information for all of the required fields in the posting forms.
5. Postings must only include appropriate and specific content relative to each field in the posting forms.
6. Postings that encourage the User to "e-mail for more details" are not permitted.
7. Postings from any third party charging a fee or restricting complete access to all resume information are prohibited.
8. Postings must be for individual, currently available openings for traditional, W-2 or 1099 employees.
9. Resume postings must contain the accurate
resume of a living individual seeking employment on a full-time,
part-time, or contractual basis on his or her own behalf.
10. Any commercial employment business or
resource that cross posts jobs or resumes to the Construction Jobs
Online Website, must acknowledge on their Internet home page that they
do so and have a link to Construction Jobs Online.
11. Construction Jobs Online does not accept
bulk postings from 3rd party job aggregation services. Please contact
our sales department to discuss your needs.
Construction Jobs Online is under no obligation
to monitor the Postings on the Site but it may monitor postings at
random. Postings found to violate the above "Posting Rules" may be
edited or removed at Construction Jobs Online's discretion. Users who
violate these "Posting Rules" may be denied access to the Site at
Construction Jobs Online's discretion and if so acted upon will lose
any and all funds applied to advertising on Construction Jobs Online or
